Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers in partnership with Okanagan Paper Shredding will gladly take those personal documents off your hands and shred them in order to protect against identity theft.
The annual fundraising shredding event takes place at the RDCO KLO parking lot (1450 KLO Road) on Saturday, May 6 from 9 a.m. until approximately 1 p.m., or whenever the shredding truck is full.
Crime Stoppers suggests a minimum donation of $5 per box with a three box limit and asks that you take any boxes back with you for recycling. Receipts provided for donations of $20 or more.

Learn about local flora and fauna while stretching your creative muscles. Programs are run by Rose, a nature lover and art enthusiast (not a professional artist). No experience necessary and art supplies are provided. All ages welcome and singles encouraged.

Join us at the beautiful Sncewips Heritage Museum to learn about pine needle baskets. Make your own strong, lightweight and eco-friendly basket using the needles of Ponderosa pine, found abundantly in the sylix territory.
